My first impressions of Glossier 🤔

My first impressions Glossier makeup review | The LDN Gal

Glossier makeup review

I’ve heard mixed reviews about Glossier. It seems to be the marmite makeup brand for millennials – we either love or hate it.

The brands tagline? ‘Skincare and beauty products inspired by real life’. The brand promotes natural ‘IRL’ looks, demonstrated by a plethora of customer-generated pictures on their Instagram feed. It’s simple, they let their do the consumers do the talking.

The brand is pretty and simplistic, with a straightforward range and minimalist (often pretty-in-pink) packaging. But, are the products worth the hype?

Cloud Paint in Dusk review

Honestly, I love Cloud Paint. I can’t say anything bad about it. A little goes a long way despite the small tube size (annoying). A few dots along the cheekbones and a swish of a finger and you’re good to go. First of all, I was concerned that Dusk may be too dark for me as a brownish nude shade. However, it’s super complimentary and gives a very natural sunkissed glow! To sum it up, I kind of want every shade now.

Cloud Paint comes in six shades:

  • Dusk (brownish nude colour)
  • Storm (warm rose colour)
  • Dawn (sunny coral colour)
  • Puff (light cool pink colour)
  • Haze (deep berry colour)
  • Beam (soft peach colour)

Birthday Balm Dotcom review

Everyone raves about Balm Dotcom and in my opinion, for good reason. I tried the untinted Birthday balm dotcom and have to admit, it leaves your lips feeling sensational. To start, it is really hydrating and leaves a nice subtle shimmer. A few people even asked if it plumps your lips! I don’t believe it does, but it certainly gives the illusion! In conclusion, you need it in your life. The product can be used as either a lip balm or a skin salve. Although you probably wouldn’t want glittery elbows…

Balm dotcom comes in seven flavours:

  • Birthday Balm Dotcom
  • Original Balm Dotcom
  • Rose Balm Dotcom
  • Cherry Balm Dotcom
  • Mint Balm Dotcom
  • Coconut Balm Dotcom
  • Mango balm dotcom

Boy Brow in Brown review

I mean, Boy Brow is a good product and does what it says on the tin (tube). However, I wouldn’t class it as life-changing by any means. I actually prefer to use eyebrow powders over pomades, as I like my brows a little darker. Saying this, if you are going for a natural but gradually defined look, you’re sorted. In summary, I’d say use this in the daytime and it’s a solid investment.

Boy Brow comes in four colours:

  • Brown
  • Clear
  • Black
  • Blond

Any negatives about Glossier?

To clarify, I am now a pretty big fan of Glossier and will purchase from them again. However, there is a negative about the brand that irks me. That is to say, the amount of product in all of the above seems to be lacking. Therefore, I really can’t see these products lasting more than three months with daily use. Undoubtedly, this is a tad annoying.

However, if you are into a brand that will give you a gorgeous and buildable natural look. Look no further than Glossier. Above all, invest in Balm Dotcom ASAP.

If you’re interested in trying Glossier yourself, you can get 10% off your first order using this link.

Have you tried Glossier? If not, what would be your go-to product?

Reinventing my skincare routine with The Ordinary ✨

Reinventing my skincare routine with The Ordinary | skincare collection | The LDN Gal

The Ordinary skincare review

The Ordinary has been making waves in the skincare and beauty world for a while now. The company came to the forefront of people’s mind when now deceased co-CEO, Brandon Trueaxe, announced in a meltdown post that the company and its sister company, Deciem, would be closing down in October 2018.

Alas, this was not the case – thankfully. Brandon’s visionary influence on the brand has enabled it to thrive.

Feeling indulgent I decided to have an oh so affordable splurge on ASOS. not only are The Ordinary products cruelty free, they are quite simply fantastic. I fell in love with the minimalistic packaging, the transparency of ingredients and their wonderful properties and ethos.

Its clinical skincare and beauty formulations feature “nourishing oils and innovative serums that are free of parabens, sulphates and mineral oils.”

Reinventing my skincare routine with The Ordinary | skincare collection oils | The LDN Gal

My The Ordinary skincare overhaul included the following products:

So, what do I think of The Ordinary skincare?

I decided to test the following throughout the week prior to review. Here’s what I loved:

Reinventing my skincare routine with The Ordinary - The Ordinary Natural Moisturising Factors + HA 30ml - The LDN Gal

The Ordinary Natural Moisturising Factors + HA review

I have normal/slightly dry skin. So, for me, a hydrating moisturiser is a must. The Ordinary Natural Moisturising Factors + HA provides just that. It is a light cream that offers instant absorption and hydration, day or night. It doesn’t feel sticky or overly heavy on the skin.

This particular moisturiser contains 11 amino acids, working collaboratively to smooth, brighten and protect. I’ve been using it morning and night (except on the mornings I use the primer) and I have found my skin left feeling a lot softer and brighter.

Reinventing my skincare routine with The Ordinary | The Ordinary High-Adherence Silicone Primer review | The LDN Gal

The Ordinary High-Adherence Silicone Primer review

I always love a new primer. There is nothing nicer than finding a product that brings your skin and make-up to life. This primer does just that, offering a hydrating application and sought after matte finish. I skipped my morning moisturiser on that days that I used this, and my face still felt incredible without it. My make-up applied and stayed like a dream, and my skin didn’t feel whacked after a days coverage.

Reinventing my skincare routine with The Ordinary | The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Moroccan Argan Oil review | The LDN Gal

The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Moroccan Argan Oil review

It is no secret that argan oil is a skincare and haircare wonder product. This organic argan oil contains oleic and linoleic fatty acids, known for their protective and smoothing properties.

I used this oil on my skin and hair, applying a few drops to every other evening after my normal skincare routine. On the skin, I found it a lot thicker than the other oils featured and preferred using The Ordinary 100% Plant-Derived Squalane instead.  Saying this, it helped to dull any dry patches (this weather eh?) and gave my skin a wonderful glow. Although it is a slightly thicker oil, it doesn’t clog up pores or feel overly greasy. I’d say, use it a few times a week if your skin is particularly dry.

On the other hand, using this on my hair has left it feeling sensational. If you are looking for something to give your hair smoothness and shine, argan oil is the way forward.

Reinventing my skincare routine with The Ordinary | The Ordinary | 100% Plant-Derived Squalane review | The LDN Gal

The Ordinary 100% Plant-Derived Squalane review

As explained, I have fallen head over heels for the 100% plant-derived squalane. This oil-based product is so lightweight and smooth. Used daily, you feel an instant difference in terms of hydration and brightness. It left my skin feeling soft and supple, working so well combined with the moisturiser. It is now part of my daily routine.

Interestingly, it can also be used on your hair to offer heat protection.

Reinventing my skincare routine with The Ordinary | The Ordinary Retinol 0.2% in Squalane review | The LDN Gal

The Ordinary Retinol 0.2% in Squalane review

I am not a skincare junkie so embarrassingly, I am not overly au fait with the retinol hype. Keeping it simple, retinol works to rejuvenate the skin, targeting fine lines and other signs of ageing.

Saying this, many skincare experts advise that you start with the lowest dosage of retinol and build your tolerance slowly over time. Retinol is not suited to all skin types and fortunately, I found that this product worked really well for me. My skin is hydrated and fine lines are visibly reduced. I used it in my t-zone predominatly a few times a week. I found this anti-ageing oil was best applied in the evening before night creams.

So, there you have it! I have to admit, The Ordinary products will be remaining a skincare staple for me. Affordable and efficient, there really is nothing like bright and hydrated skin to put you in a fabulous mood!

Have you ever tried any The Ordinary products? Which items would you choose from the above?

Why you need the ZOE QYKSonic facial cleansing device now 💧

ZOE QYKSonic facial cleansing device review

Zoe QYKSonic facial cleansing device review

I have to admit, this is the first time I have tried a facial cleansing device. So, I wasn’t overly sure what to expect with the Zoe QYK Sonic facial cleansing device.

The Zoe is as vibrant in colour as it is beautiful – but does it actually work?

Its unique petal-shaped design may be pretty, but we’re here to find out if it packs a punch. Available in five gorgeous colours, the Zoe’s silicone bristles work at over 6000 pulsations per minute, to target every nook and cranny.

The gentle massaging bristles ensure no irritation to your skin and work in motion to clean and minimise pores, eliminate blemishes and target wrinkles. This super swift circulation movement works to gently cleanse your face, exfoliating any make up, dirt, or oil that may clog up your pores and cause imperfections.

The Zoe offers 300 uses in a single charge, alongside 15 alternating massage settings when in use. It is perfect for all skin-types due to its medical grade and hygienic antimicrobial silicone exterior.

So, what did I think of the Zoe QYKSonic facial cleansing device

Using a sonic facial cleansing device ensures that no nasties are touching your face. It can be used easily alongside your favourite skin care cleansers, serums, masks and moisturisers. Using it with my favourite cleanser, it certainly made a difference – shifting away my daily make up and grime.

Not only is Zoe effective, but she is packaged beautifully. Sealed within a magnetic box, the facial cleansing device is presented alongside a matching drawstring bag and USB charger.

Its compact size also means it’s great for on the go – so you never have to miss out on your nightly skin care routine!

So, if you are looking for a product that offers deep and effective cleaning, look no further than the Zoe QYKSonic facial cleansing device.

Have you used a cleansing device before? What is your skin care regime like?

A peek at the benefits of Stemuderm

solvaderm-stemuderm-opinions

Stemuderm: A complete overview of this highly effective anti-aging serum

While wrinkles, loose skin and other signs of aging are usually associated with the elderly, these particular problems may become present at a much younger age if a person does not attend to their skin through the inclusion of effective skincare products and protecting their skin against common exposures that cause age-related symptoms to appear earlier than they should appear.

The first step to preventing and, of course, treating premature aging is to act the moment these symptoms start to appear, but people do not always realize they are experiencing premature aging before they notice those fine lines and saggy skin in the mirror.

About Face Skin Care advises that common signs of premature aging include sun spots at an early age, spots appearing on the chest and the neck, itchy and dry skin, changes to the shape of eyes and wrinkles that start to form along the cheeks. When the jawline becomes loose, it is also a sign of premature aging.

Once these signs are noticed, a person should start to implement more effective protective measurements in their daily skincare regimen and ensure they include a series of anti-aging products in their skincare arsenal to ensure these problems does not become more severe.

Today, we want to talk about Stemuderm, a professional-strength anti-aging product from Solvaderm, developed to assist with providing individuals who would like to protect their skin against premature aging and treat signs that are already present through a dermatologically-formulated product.

About Stemuderm

Stemuderm is a skincare serum that is promoted as an anti-wrinkle treatment cream, but the product does much more than simply reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. While this is the primary purpose of the product’s formula, the dermatologists behind this product have also includes certain ingredients with the aim of increasing the natural levels of both collagen and elastin found within the user’s skin. Since these are essential for firm skin, the use of Stemuderm will increase skin firmness gradually; thus leading to skin that is less saggy and loose.

Who makes Stemuderm?

Stemuderm is manufactured by Solvaderm, a brand in the skincare industry that only specializes in top quality products that work. They stay clear of any ingredients that have not gone through extensive scientific research and only utilizes ingredients that have not only been proven to effectively contribute to healthier skin, but also proven not to be harmful to the skin of the user. Stemuderm is one of Solvaderm’s top selling products, but certainly isn’t the only product produced by this brand. Stemuderm is also often combined with some other products also produced by Solvaderm to improve the results the customer is able to experience.

What are the advantages of Stemuderm?

Thousands of people are turning to Stemuderm to help them reduce the appearance of age-related problems, such as fine lines and wrinkles, age spots and more. Let’s take a look at the many benefits that these people are able to enjoy from using Stemuderm on a daily basis:

·Stemuderm is a cost-effective alternative to more expensive anti-aging treatments currently available on the market.
·Stemuderm can be used as a preventative and protective measure by individuals in their twenties or thirties. For those in their forties or older can use the product as an effective way to reduce the appearance of age-related problems they have already started to experience.
·A list of clinical research studies that have been used by the dermatologists who formulated Stemuderm can be found on the product page of Stemuderm. These studies offer an interested person proof of how effective each Stemuderm ingredient found in the it’s formula is in reversing the signs of aging and protecting against additional signs of aging.

Is Stemuderm safe to use?

Considering the safety of any product that a person is about to use, be the product natural or pharmaceutical, is very important. A product that can cause side-effects may lead to potentially harmful or even dangerous complications. Thus, there is a common concern about the safety of Stemuderm amongst individuals who are interested in buying this particular anti-wrinkle cream.

Firstly, all the ingredients that the dermatologists of Solvaderm have included in Stemuderm’s formula have gone through scientific studies. During these studies, the scientists did not only study the particular ingredients, but also monitored the effects that the ingredients had on participants in clinical trials. Here, the scientists deem the ingredients that causes a significant amount of side-effects unsafe and these are not used by Solvaderm’s dermatologists.

For these reasons, Stemuderm is considered a safe products to be used by the general population who are experiencing issues with their skin, such as signs of premature aging, dry areas on the skin or acne breakouts.

While deemed safe to use, users should be aware of potential ingredients that may experience an allergic reaction to. A complete list of ingredients can be found on the Stemuderm product page. Potential users who do have allergies should look at this list and see if there are any ingredients they are allergic to.

How much does Stemuderm cost?

It is important to consider the price of a product like Stemuderm prior to buying the particular product in question as products that are based on scientific research often charges quite a large amount of money for their products. Fortunately, Stemuderm delivers a professional-strength formula at a price that many customers can afford. A bottle of Stemuderm costs $79.99 – each bottle contains 50ml of the advanced anti-aging serum.

Where can I buy Stemuderm?

Even though Solvaderm is a local brand that is produced within the United States, the product can be purchased by individuals from other parts of the world as well. A concern amongst many interested individuals is the fact that it might be difficult to find the best location to purchase Stemuderm from.

Customers residing within the United States can purchase Stemuderm directly from Solvaderm’s online store. The store can be accessed by going to solvaderm. com – here, the customer can navigate to the Stemuderm product page and use the “add to cart” button to buy the product. Customers can choose to opt for the free ground shipping option or pay extra to have the product delivered to them faster.

For those who reside in other countries, Solvaderm’s official website can still be utilized in some instances. There are also many dermatologists who use the products produced by Solvaderm to help their customers reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, and to help them get rid of other particular skin disorders that Solvaderm’s products can treat. Customers in countries other than the United States can contact local dermatologists to find out if there are any who utilizes Solvaderm’s products.

Conclusion

Stemuderm offers an advanced formula that targets all problems that people experience when they start to notice the signs of aging. These signs may include dry skin, the formation of wrinkles, skin that starts to sag and, of course, age spots. The product does not pose any risks to the skin and has not been associated with any harmful side-effects; thus offering an effective method for the general population trying to prevent premature aging or trying to get rid of the signs of aging they are already suffering from.

What do you think of the Stemuderm? What anti-aging serum do you use as part of your skincare regime?

Glitter smokey eye masterclass with NYX at Boots, Oxford

Smokey eye masterclass NYX | In Your Element Fire review | In Your Element Wind Review | The LDN Gal

An NYX glitter smokey eye masterclass

Earlier this week I attended an NYX glitter smokey eye masterclass at Boots in the Oxford city centre.

After some juice and chocolate nibbles, I sat down in order to have two different looks demonstrated on me by the ridiculously talented Suzie Law.

One look was created with the In Your Element Fire palette, the other, with the In Your Element Wind palette before being finished with Glitter Brilliants – I will leave you to guess which palette is which.

Smokey eye masterclass NYX | In Your Element Fire look | In Your Element Wind look | The LDN Gal

In Your Element Fire and Wind palette review

Let me tell you, both of these palettes are incredible in their own right, highly pigmented and easily blendable for some incredibly bright and dramatic looks if so desired.

The In Your Element Fire palette offers a combination of 12 shades, some truly striking alongside warmer transition shades. You can really go wild with this Autumnal palette, fabulous both in the day or evening – my boyfriend has since invested in the palette for me, cutie.

The In Your Element Wind palette offers 12 shades also, with a selection of silky shades that include whimsical blues, stunning grey and even purples hues. The perfect go-to palette for a traditional smokey eye and the addition of the other shades really allows you to get really creative.

The In Your Element collection is quite simply incredible, with a colour palette to suit everyone. It may just encourage you to be bold and try something new.

Have you tried any of the NYX In Your Element palettes yet? Which is your favourite?

Urban Decay Naked Heat and Vice Lipstick look 💋💄

Urban Decay Naked Heat makeup look on Stephanie Mulholland | The LDN Gal

Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette and Vice Lipstick look

I love getting creative with an Urban Decay Naked Heat and Vice Lipstick look. Since its debut, the Urban Decay Naked Heat eyeshadow palette is a firm favourite of most. We waited a long time for some Autumnal hues and glitz to come into our lives.

I have to be honest, the palette is a dream come true, with a selection of warm matte, metallic and glitter-embellished shades ranging from nudes to browns to oranges to purples to reds. It is certainly like taking a walk and kicking up those Autumnal leaves in their spectrum of colours.

All of these wonderful blendable shades are contained within a sturdy case alongside a mirror and wondeful double-ended eyeshadow makeup brush. Stick to the lefthand side for daytime looks and go wild with the right hand side for vibrant nighttime looks.

Urban Decy Vice Lipstick 1993 Makeup Look - The LDN Gal

So, what do I think of the Naked Heat Palette and Vice Lipstick?

This face of the day is pretty simple in all honesty, it is an inspired Urban Decay Naked Heat palette look with a combination of the shades Sauced and Chaser (both lefthand shades).

This is becoming one of my quick and simple go-to daytime looks. Now, when we combine this with the perfect brown nude shade, we are onto a winner.

I have used the Urban Decay Comfort Matte Vice Lipstick in 1993, a beautiful warm-tone and satin finish brown shade with incredible pigmentation. It teams well with the Autumnal shades of the Naked Heat palette.

I have to be honest, at first I was a little bit intimidated with 1993 but the shade somehow worked with my pale skin tone a treat and proved itself longlasting throughout the day.

Have you tried the Urban Decay Naked Heat palette yet? Which is your favourite lipstick from the Comfort Matte Vice collection?

Birchbox x Vogue November 2017 edition box

Birchbox x Vogue box November 2017

Birchbox x Vogue review

I am going to be honest here. I signed up with Birchbox once more just for one of these boxes. I truly could not resist.

The highly anticipated Birchbox x Vogue limited edition box for November has had the beauty world in a bit of a stir lately.

What is exciting about Birchbox is that the items can vary, so there is always that slight element of surprise when you receive it. Despite all the social media excitement and the pictures whizzing about on the great old world wide web that can at time reveal the content of the box.

My personal Birchbox x Vogue November 2017 box contained the following items:

  • Benefit Hoola Bronzer
  • NUXE Huile Prodigieuse®
  • Klorane Oat Milk Dry Shampoo
  • L’Occitane en Provence Shea Butter Hand Cream
  • Birchbox Brush Cleaner

So, what did I think of the Birchbox x Vogue collaboration?

Benefit Hoola Bronzer: The bronzer was a nice little surprise and a mini-sized product that will be gracing my makeup bag till its empty. I am not much of a bronzer girl as I am pretty pale in all honesty. However, the Benefit Hoola Bronzer is famed for its matte golden glow and works great when used delicately to contour my at times ghoulish complexion.

NUXE Huile Prodigieuse®: This multi-purpose dry oil certainly felt good on the skin. I liked how you could use it on both the face, body and hair. The oil  features a blend of essential oils, including camellia, sweet almond, borage, hazelnut, St. John’s Wort and macadamia, as well as being enriched with Vitamin E.  It has a light floral scent so perfect for when you want to skip on the perfume for a day.

Klorane Oat Milk Dry Shampoo: I have to admit, I am very loyal to Batiste – having got me through many a rushed morning. So, when I discovered the Klorane Oat Milk Dry Shampoo I was a little dubious. Saying this, it certainly works a treat and doesn’t seem to leave as much residue as its cheaper competitors. However, with the inflated price tag, I will remain loyal to the old faithful.

L’Occitane en Provence Shea Butter Hand Cream: Lets face it, L’Occitane hand cream is a staple in any girls hand bag. This shea butter edition is a go-to for anyone this winter with its pleasant scent and ultra-moisturising effects. However, this sample size is quite frankly teeny – which is a bit of a shame. hereYou can take a read of my shea honey hand cream review .

Birchbox Brush Cleaner: Now, this will come in very handy. I have been mulling over purchasing a brush cleaner for some time and this little brush cleaner easily fits on the fingers for ease of use. It features stripped and dotted silicone for deep cleansing of your brushes.

Although I love the concept of Birchbox and the products are fabulous, I do hold a bit of a vice when the product samples are very small. However, the Vogue x Birchbox box featured a fabulous selection of products and proved itself worth the price. You can sign up to Birchbox or shop their beauty collection here.

Did you order the Vogue x Birchbox box? What is your favourite item within my box?

Beauty: Urban Decay x Jean-Michel Basquiat Tenant Eyeshadow Palette Review

Jean-Michel Basquiat Tenant Eyeshadow Palette Review

Jean-Michel Basquiat Tenant Eyeshadow palette review, photos and swatches

The Urban Decay Jean-Michel Basquiat Tenant eyeshadow palette is a little something special. Known for his neo-expressionist paintings and drawings, Jean Michel Basquiat has inspired Urban Decay to create a vibrant collection of eyeliner pencils, lipsticks, eyeshadow palettes, blush palettes and more.

The tantilising Tenant eyeshadow palette features a bursting selection of eight matte and some glittery shades, complimented with a good quality metal double-ended brush and mirror, housed in eccentric casing.

Jean-Michel Basquiat Tenant Eyeshadow Palette Swatches

Jean-Michel Basquiat tenant eyeshadow palette swatches

Here is a closer look at the Jean-Michel Basquiat Tenant eyeshadow’s, the above swatches were done without primer and in natural light. Here is what I thought:

  • Studio: Studio is the perfect pale (almost nude) matte pink shade for subtle day wear and to compliment bolder night time looks.
  • 1960: Neo is a matte shade and bright candy pink in colour, its buildable, lasting and very fun to play with.
  • Neo: On first glance, Neo is a bold regal purple shade. However, when swatched, it dissapoints a little in comparison to the rest of the collection. It’s dubbed micro-shimmer didn’t seem so apparent either, so it is a no from me.
  • Les: Les is a charcoal black number, piercing and perfect for smokey eye. Its a matte shade, buildable with a great forumla for those exaggerated looks.
  • Graffiti: Graffiti is a metallic forest green coloured gem, reminiscent of cpuntryside walks in the woods, its fabulous standalone of when used to create a smokey eye if Les is a little too intimidating.
  • Exu: This is my favourite shade in the collection without a doubt. Exu is a shimmery  bright green shade, just perfect for those nighttime looks where you are wanting something a little different and special. It has a wonderful sheen to it.
  • Boom: Boom is a teal Queen’s dream. This bright yet cool matte shade is perfect for mermaid-esque and daring looks. Who doesn’t like mermaid eyeshadow? It’s bright and fun, much like Exu.
  • Untitled: Untitled is a rich blue mate shade and rather daring to boot. It is certainy vibrant and poses the question, can anyone truly pull of blue eyeshadow?

SO, WHAT DO I THINK OF THE JEAN-MICHEL BASQUIAT TENANT EYESHADOW PALETTE?

Overall, I am delighted with this palette. It is the perfect selection of bright and bold statement shades, adding a pop of colour to your day. All the swatches came out perfectly (minus a little resentment to Neo), boldly lasting the day or the night when tested – be sure to use them with eyeshadow primer and finishing spray for a smooth application and lasting finish.

The palette casing is firm and wildly decorated with the late Jean-Michel Basquiat’s fabulous artwork, embellished with a mirror with crown decal and even has a hanger so you can display the used case on your wall should you see fit. The decor of the entire Jean-Michel Basquiat collection is truly something special, as well as the products within it.

You can buy your own Urban Decay x Jean-Michel Basquiat eyeshadow palette here.

Why the Revolution Beauty London Blush Queen palette is a beauty staple 💖

Makeup Revolution Blush Queen palette The LDN Gal 1

Revolution BEAUTY london Blush Queen blush palette review

The Revolution Beauty London Blush Queen palette is my favourite affordable high street blush palette, for all the right reasons.

The appeal of Revolution Beauty London is not only its low price low price point, but its variety and quality of its beauty products. I am a little obsessed with their blush and eye shadow palettes to say the least.

The Blush Queen palette features eight highly pigmented and baked shades of blush and highlighter, which offer the perfect shimmery collection.

It’s fantastic variety is great for transitioning from an every day glow to a more defined evening look.

Four shades are more neutral natural tones alongside more vivid and pigmented shades. Although the shades are not named, it features an array of velvety and marbled nude, peach, pink and rouge shades.

Makeup Revolution Blush Queen palette The LDN Gal 4

So, what do I think of the Revolution BEAUTY LONDON Blush Queen palette?

What I love about this palette is its simplistic design, it is lightweight, portable and bright. However, it doesn’t include a mirror which some may find disappointing.

These shades offer a wonderful subtle glow that is buildable. I simply adore the fact that the palette features both highlight and blush shades. You can use the highlight to define your cheekbones and the blush upon your cheeks to define your look.

It is slightly unfortunate that this palette does not feature some matte shades, but hey, it can’t have everything! For me, it is a winning combination and well worth adding to your makeup collection.

Have you tried any Revolution Beauty London products? What do you think of this blush palette?
